Custom Design with the Intel® Atom™ Z5xxP Series Small Package
If your application requires advanced small form factor designs, BCM’s local R&D team is here to help you!  We are able to customize it with the small package version, the Intel® Atom™ Z530 1.6 GHz or Z510 1.1 GHz processors which measures 13 mm x 14 mm. This small package design offers the same system performance as the Z530P or Z510P (22 mm x 22 mm) respectively, but it enables more functions to be included onboard such as multiple COM ports and GPIO connectors for gaming or industrial control applications.
