The BE250-945GSE is designed with the Intel® Atom™ N270 1.6 GHz low-power processor and Intel® 945GSE + ICH7-M Mobile Express Chipset architecture with integrated Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 950. This mini computer comes standard with 1GB DDR2 upgradeable to 2GB and is shipped as a fully integrated system less the operating system which can be factory loaded per customer specification subject to BCM’s terms and conditions. The unit comes standard with a 120GB or larger, 2.5 inch SATA hard drive as well as an 802.11b/g wireless module and antenna.

The BE250-945GSE should meet most feature requirements needed for most applications for a low cost, slim profile, fanless, industrial computer application. The onboard Intel® Atom N270 low-power processor enables much lower power consumption and lower operating temperature (between 0-45 degrees C) while delivering excellent graphics performance. Thus it allows the system to operate under the fanless condition to avoid dust damage as well as enabling noise reduction when running in a noise sensitive environment such as a hospital or doctors office. The 22mm x 22mm Intel® Atom N270 enables small form factor design and allows the system to work in a space constrained enclosure.

The accessories included in the package are DC 12V power supply unit, one antenna, and one 100x100mm/75x75mm VESA mount bracket. The system measures 8.68 inches long, 7.56 inches wide, and 1.18 inches deep and is enclosed by an aluminum chassis for a total weight of approximately 4 pounds. The VESA mount bracket is designed to fit both the 100x100mm and 75mmx75mm mounting holes located at the back of most LCD monitors making installation simple. The BE250-945GSE turn-key industrial computer system is an ideal solution for quick time-to-market applications.
