This on-line process will create an RMA form that has to be shipped together with the returned items.
Once the RMA number is issued, the requested RMA items have to be received within 14 days or the RMA number will be expired.
Mark the RMA number on the shipping label of each carton.
Physically damaged or misused products are NOT under warranty.
If you do not already have an RMA account, please click BACK and select "Request RMA account" to setup a RMA service account with BCM.
Include the original box but don't send back Accessories and User Manuals or you may be charged for packaging.

RMA:
Please return the Entire System. Any missing parts will void the warranty.
** For Credit
Application (limited to BCM direct customer only):
1) DOA within 30 Days of Invoice Date.
2) No physical damage to the product.
3) Must Include All Original Box, Accessories and User Manuals.
